PRE-PRODUCTION (Free of Charge)

The first steps towards your photo/video session and  reveal of your images, is the Pre-Production process. Which is free of charge to you and includes:

• Inquiry and Introduction Email or phone call.

  • This is the best way to introduce each other and get the conversation going.

• Schedule a 30 minute phone call or in person meeting to discuss In-Depth details about your Portrait session.

  • We’ll love to get to know you better and share with you something about ourselves.

  • In-Person meetings can be at our Berkeley studio. This way you can get a feel for the space and together we can let our creativity let loose and plan your session.

  • Answer all your questions. We want to make sure you come in the day of your session without any worries and ready to have the best experience possible.

  • We’ll also cover: 

    • Wardrobe planning (this can also be done the day of your session)

    • Discuss Hair & Makeup style and color palette

    • What to expect the day of...

    • Introduction to posing.

    • What will be your favorite music to listen to during your photo/video session?

  • Let’s pencil in your session date and time on our calendar and we’ll also provide you with information about your deposit/advance and contract/model release form.

PRODUCTION

Your EMPOWERED EXPERIENCE Photo Session $495.00

• Hair & Makeup

• 60 to 90 minute session

• Wardrobe planning

• Up to 4 outfit changes

• Same day reveal and ordering session

• Complementary Mated Print

• $200.00 in credit towards a video

  • We will direct you on how to pose during your session. You don’t need previous experience with posing or have been in front of a camera before. We will guide you every step of the way and make sure you get the best images.

**Session fee covers everything listed above and acts as a non-refundable retainer to hold your date in the studio.

Same Day In-Studio Image Reveal and Ordering Session

**Images, albums, Wall Art, and other products are purchased separately at your Reveal
